Power Gainer Smoothie
Gaining volume has never been this delicious! 🍌💪
🥤 Ingredients
✅ 1 scoop of gainer (chocolate or banana recommended)
🍌 1 banana
🥜 1 tablespoon peanut butter
🥛 300 ml full-fat milk
🍯 1 teaspoon of honey
❄️ 3-4 ice cubes (optional)

🛠️ How to Make
1️⃣ 🥛 Pour the milk into the blender jar.
2️⃣ 🍌 Chop the banana and add it in.
3️⃣ 🥄 Add peanut butter, honey and gainer powder on top.
4️⃣ ❄️ Add ice cubes if you like.
5️⃣ 🔄 Turn on the blender for 30-45 seconds, mix until smooth.
6️⃣ 🍹 Serve in a tall glass. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top if you like!
