Gainer Pancakes

🥞 With Gainer Pancakes (No Oven), you can start the day full of energy and satiety! Gaining volume has never been this practical!


📋 Ingredients:

🍳 1 egg
🥛 1/2 cup milk
🥄 1 scoop of gainer
🌾 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
🍫 1 teaspoon cocoa (optional)
🧂 1 teaspoon baking powder
🧈 Coconut oil or olive oil to grease the pan


🛠️ How to make:

1️⃣ 🍳 Break the egg into a bowl and beat it well.
2️⃣ 🥛 Add milk and gainer powder and mix.
3️⃣ 🌾 Add oats, cocoa and baking powder and whisk again.
4️⃣ 👌 The mixture should be a little thicker than a crepe. If it's too thick, add a little more milk.
5️⃣ 🔥 Oil and heat the pan.
6️⃣ 🥄 Pour a ladleful of the mixture and cook until golden brown on both sides (~2-3 min).
7️⃣ 🍯 Serve garnished with honey, banana, peanut butter or yogurt!
