Post-Workout Smoothie:🍇 Cool Down and Strength After Workout!

How about a smoothie that will both speed up your recovery and refresh you after your workout? This recipe, prepared with SAF Nutrition Athletics Post-Workout Mix, will reward you with its delicious flavor while giving your body the support it needs thanks to plant-based proteins and BCAAs.


🌿 Ingredients (For 1 Person)

1 ripe banana 🍌
¼ cup frozen blueberries 🍈 (or strawberries)
½ cup oat milk 🥛 (or almond milk)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds 🫘

✨ Preparation

1️⃣ Add oat milk, banana, frozen berries and coconut oil to the blender jar in that order.
