Cherry Bomb Pre-Workout Iced Drink 🍒

Do you want a refreshing and delicious drink that will boost your energy before your workout? Here is an ice-cold shake prepared with cherry flavored pre-workout powder! Caffeine, beta-alanine and motivation all in one.


🌾 Ingredients

🥤 1 scoop of Grenade Cherry Bomb Pre-Workout Powder
🍒 3-4 frozen cherries (or cherries)
🧊 4-5 pieces of ice
💧 200 ml cold water
🍋 1 teaspoon lemon juice (for freshness, optional)


🍳 Preparation

1️⃣ Add the liquid ingredients to the blender jar first: cold water and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Then add the pre-workout powder. It is important to do this step in advance so that the powder mixes easily with the liquid.
3️⃣ Add the frozen cherries and ice cubes and turn off the blender.
4️⃣ Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds. You will obtain a slightly foamy and refreshing structure.
5️⃣ Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a few ice cubes. You can add a cherry or mint leaf to enhance the presentation!

Drink 15-30 minutes before training. Boost your performance and reduce fatigue with the boost effect!
