🍌 1 ripe banana (sliced and frozen)
🥥 2 tablespoons of lactose-free yogurt
🍫 1 scoop of Multipower Whey Protein Shake – Rich Chocolate
🥛 2 tablespoons of milk
🍯 1 teaspoon of honey
🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Put the frozen bananas in the blender.
2️⃣ Add protein powder, yogurt, milk and sweetener.
3️⃣ Mix all ingredients until they reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
4️⃣ If you want to eat it right away, serve it as a soft serve. For a harder consistency, keep the mixture in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
