🍲 Ingredients
🥚 2 eggs
🧀 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese (or grated low-fat white cheese)
🌾 2 tablespoons of oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
💪 1/2 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
🌿 1 teaspoon of olive oil
🥛 2 tablespoons of milk (plant-based milk is also possible)
🧂 Black pepper, chili pepper, thyme
🧄 (Optional) 1 clove of grated garlic or garlic powder
🥬 (Optional) finely chopped spinach, dill or parsley

🍳 How to Make
1) Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, olive oil and cheese.
2) Then add the protein powder and oat flour. Mix well.
3) Add the spices and chopped greens if desired. The mixture should be a little thinner than cake batter.
4) Pour into muffin tins (or use silicone moulds—no need to grease).
5) Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove when lightly browned.
6) Serve warm or cold. A little yogurt, arugula, or a slice of avocado goes great with it!
