Stuffed Tuna
Materials:
- 1 can of tuna (if it is in oil, drain it lightly)
- 2 tablespoons of labneh cheese🧀
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt (strained if you wish, it will be more thick)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 🍋
- 1 pinch of black pepper and chili pepper 🌶️
- 1 stalk of spring onion (chopped very finely)🧅
- 1 slice of cucumber 🥒
- 2 red bell peppers or cucumber boats (for presentation)

How to make:
1) Put the tuna in a bowl and mash it well 🐟.
2) Add the cream cheese, yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well.
3) Spring onion, cucumber, spices… put them all in. 🪄.
4) Stuff the mixture into the red peppers (or you can hollow out the middle of the cucumber and present it like a boat) 🚤✨
5) Sprinkle a few sprigs of parsley on top, and if you like, you can add some rye crackers or small pieces of oven-baked lavash.
