🌟 Ingredients
🥛 5 tablespoons of strained yogurt (or lactose-free yogurt)
🍓 1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries (chopped)
🍯 1 teaspoon of honey or date pulp
🏋️ 1/2 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder
🌿 For the topping: oatmeal, coconut, dark chocolate chips (optional)
🍳 How to Make
1️⃣ Put the yogurt in a bowl and add the honey and protein powder and mix well.
