🍫 Pre-Workout Energy Bar – Decaf, Vegan & Delicious

📋 Ingredients:
🌾 4 tablespoons of oatmeal ,
🥜 1 tablespoon peanut butter ,
🍯 1 tablespoon agave syrup or date pulp (instead of honey),
🌱 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (chocolate or hazelnut),
🥥 1 tablespoon grated coconut (optional),
💧 1-2 tablespoons of water (to adjust the consistency)
🛠️ How to make:
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl.
2️⃣ Knead until it reaches a non-sticky, kneadable consistency.
3️⃣ Press the mixture into a flat rectangular container.
4️⃣ Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5️⃣ You can slice it and store it in an airtight container for up to 3 days!
